About

Kelphub started as a group chat between friends who kept recommending games to each other and arguing about them. At some point the lists got long enough that we figured we might as well write them down properly, and the site grew out of that habit. We still treat every review like we're telling a friend whether something is worth their evening.,Every game on the site gets played by at least one of us, usually two, before we publish anything. We don't review from trailers or store descriptions. If a game needs twenty hours to show its best side, we put in the twenty hours and say so in the write-up.,We pick games across every genre on purpose. Some weeks it's a slow-burn strategy title, other weeks it's a silly arcade racer we can't put down. The only rule is that it has to actually be interesting to play — we skip the shovelware and the clones.,The team is small and we like it that way. It keeps the opinions personal and the schedule sane. If a review feels too polished and corporate, we've probably done something wrong.
