Neon Draft Rally

Neon Draft Rally knows exactly what it is: a fast, flashy arcade racer you play with your thumbs and your reflexes. The whole game is built around the draft meter — tuck in behind a rival, build up a slipstream, then slingshot past at the perfect moment. Chain that into a clean drift and you're flying.

Controls default to tilt but I switched to touch steering immediately and never looked back. The handling is forgiving enough that you always feel like a crash was your own fault, which is the mark of a good arcade racer. Tracks are short and designed for replays.

There's not much depth beyond the racing, and the car roster is smaller than I'd like. But for a quick adrenaline hit between other things, it's genuinely hard to put down.
